Roman Shades Return & Exchange Policy

RomanShades.com is committed to partnering with you to achieve your window treatment goals. We have a clear refund policy for cancelled orders and new, unused products with the proof of purchase.

Please note, our Roman Shades are custom-made to your exact specifications, so we cannot offer a refund or exchange (remake) unless a product is defective, damaged, or incomplete.

All returns require verifications and approvals. And the product/s must be returned in original, unused condition within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Once the product is recovered, you’ll get a store credit.

What’s Non-Refundable?

Please note processing charges, transportation, freight, and oversized product fees are non-refundable. Any shipping costs paid to RomanShades.com are non-refundable, including any taxes collected.

How to Qualify for a Full Refund

Orders start production the next business day. Please consider the following before you finalize your order:

Made in 1 Day Roman Shades must be cancelled before 5 AM PST to qualify for a full refund. For example, if you ordered a product at 6 PM, you must cancel the order before 5 AM the next morning, so we can stop production. Since our window coverings are made within 1 day, we’re unable to stop production if not canceled before 5 AM of the next business day.

Note: Due to the customization of every order, once it’s submitted, under no circumstances can we refund any money or issue any credits for a purchase.

Exchanges/Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace shipped items if they are defective or damaged.
