The enclosed Roman shade is warranted for the original residential retail purchaser (in the contiguous United States) as long as the product stays in the original window.

All our custom-made products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, mechanisms (cordless, motorized lifts), and components (brackets and other mounting hardware) which make up the window covering.

Here’s What’s Covered Under Our Free Lifetime Warranty

  • Entire Product: Limited lifetime coverage of the entire product against manufacturing defects, i.e. a flaw in the product material, design, or workmanship that causes it to no longer function.
  • All Roman shade fabrics: 5 years
  • Functionality/operation (including, but not limited to, ladder cords, lift cords, rings, CCL, and internal cords such as those found in cordless Roman shades): 3 years.
  • Shipping damage

What’s Not Covered

1. Normal wear and tear

2. Any product that fails due to

  • Improper installation
  • Product abuse (improper operation, misuse, misapplication, improper handling)
  • Extraordinary use
  • Alterations
  • Exposure to salt air
  • Improper cleaning
  • Damage due to an accident
  • Damage from pets/pests/insects

3. Costs associated with

  • Product removal
  • Brand label removal
  • Transportation to and from the retailer
  • Product re-measure
  • Product reinstallation
  • Incidental or consequential damage to the product
  • Shipping 

Note: In the case there are multiple Roman shades in the same room, only the defective products will be replaced.

How to Report Shipping Damage

If damage occurred to the product during shipping, call us at (800) 459-1168 and report within 7 calendar days of the original purchase, or else you may be denied credit for your damaged item.

Warranty Remedy

Under this limited lifetime warranty, THIS SHALL BE YOUR SOLE REMEDY.

If the product is found to have manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll (at our discretion) do one of the following:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Refund the cost of the product

Please note:

  1. Product colors may vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match sample swatch or previous purchases.
  2. Discontinued models or color selections will be replaced with the closest equivalent current product.
  3. No representatives, dealers, agents, or unauthorized employees have the authority to increase or alter the obligation of this lifetime limited warranty.
  4. This warranty supersedes any previous versions.

Steps to Claim Warranty

If you suspect the product you ordered has manufacturing defect/s in the materials or workmanship, do the following:

  • Step 1: Take a photo of the defective, damaged part.
  • Step 2: Email the photo, with your order number, to [email protected].

Please note any unauthorized, unapproved returns will not be accepted.
