If you mismeasure your window and face an ill-fit, simply email us at [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the date your order was delivered. Under our No Worries Fit Guarantee, we’ll take up part of the cost to get the problem resolved.

We know correctly measuring your windows for custom Roman shades can seem a bit intimidating. Don’t worry, we’re here to help! Our measuring DIY guides and instructional videos make the measurement process smooth, easy, and accurate. However, we admit sometimes a client will mismeasure a window and enter wrong values for width, height, or depth when ordering. We understand mistakes happen - after all, we’re human.

Our Worry-Free Fit Policy offers a solution that’s considerably less costly for our worthy clients than requesting for a replacement Roman shade.

If you make a mistake when measuring for your windows and the shade doesn’t fit well, Roman Shades will remake it at no extra cost to you! You’ll only pay for shipping and if there’s a price difference of your new (larger/higher priced) Roman blind.

Our free Roman shade samples help you pick the right color and fabric quality for better coordinating it with the rest of your decor. • Free remakes are only for size and mount changes
• Same-product replacements only, ordered within 30 calendars of receipt of package
• Replacements shipped to the same name and delivery address of the original order
• Only 1 free remake per window and up to 5 remakes per household per lifetime
• No additional credit or refunds offered, if the free remake value is less than the original cost

• Please note motorized shades are exempt due to the manufacturers’ terms
• Refunds are not offered under this Worry-Free Fit Guarantee
• Commercial, dealer, bulk orders are only covered for warranty/damage repair.
• Any product ordered outside our recommended sizes or specifications is not covered.
